I'll send over an online Booking link for you to decide on a package, set your due date on my calendar, pay a non-refundable retainer, and sign a contract.
Many families book their sessions 4-5 months in advance. My schedule fills up very quickly and your session fee reserves your time slot. After your time slot is held, I cannot give that time to any other client. I only accept a certain amount of sessions each month to ensure I am available if poor weather happens.
Time seems to be moving quickly these days, so don’t wait to get on my calendar.

I will guide you from the beginning. In your welcome guide, I will send you lots information about what to expect during a session, what clothing choices are best, and more tips and tricks from me to you.
I will send over a questionnaire to help you pick the right outfits for your family, questions for me to get to know you and your child(ren) before your session, and other details that are important to create images that you will love for a lifetime.
I have a client closet for my clients as well. I'm always expanding my collection of items, so if you're looking for something in particular, let me know!
Outdoor sessions are best an hour before sunset. Therefore, the summer months will be a "late" night for the younger kiddos. I ask families to make adjustments in their schedules so that we capture the warm glow in the evenings.

On the day of your session, you can expect for the first few moments for us to get to know each other. I'll snap a few of the "look at the camera and smile" photos. But as we get warmed up, it's time for some fun! I want everyone to effortlessly look and feel like themselves. We will turn on some tunes, play some games, I will prompt your family into poses and activities that create amazing and loving photographs.
Don't stress if your child(ren) is shy. I always meet children at their level. It is important that they feel comfortable and I can document their personality.

STEPHANIE PRICKEL PHOTOGRAPHY
We will go over your photos with a light edit. This way you are able to pick YOUR favorite photos from our session. I will always have sample edits that are fully edited for you to see what a full edit will look like. Once you make a decision on which photos you'd like to purchase, I will start to hand edit each photo.
Next, if you choose tangible prints or products, we will make final decisions of your selection before it is ordered. There is no detail too small, we are creating a custom artwork that is unique to you! You are able to take full control of every detail or you are able to trust my design process as well. This is a fun and laid back time to create something one of a kind!
As soon as payment is paid in full, I will place your order. All sales are final on custom artwork.
