I'll send over an online Booking link for you to decide on a package, set your due date on my calendar, pay a non-refundable retainer, and sign a contract.
Many couples book their wedding 8-12 months in advance. My schedule fills up very quickly and your session fee reserves your time slot. After your time slot is held, I cannot give that time to any other client. I only accept a certain amount of weddings each month to ensure I am available and able to deliver your photos promptly.
Time seems to be moving quickly these days, so don’t wait to get on my calendar.

I will guide you from the beginning. In your welcome guide, I will send you lots information of 'what to expect' from your wedding photographer, a sample timeline, typical "must have" shots of your wedding, and more tips and tricks from me to you.
I will send over a questionnaire for you to let me know your vendors, questions for me to get to know you and your future spouse before your wedding, and other details that are important to create images that you will love for a lifetime.
We will also set a date for engagement pictures. During this time, I get to know you and your future spouse and learn about your story. It also helps you know what to expect on your wedding day so that posing is more comfortable and you know what to expect.

About a month before your wedding, we will sit down and talk details.
By now, you have already filled out an extensive questionnaire about the details of your wedding. There is no detail too small :)
This is the time to create the timeline and put everything into motion. I gather all the details and we agree on the best scenario for your wedding day.
On your big day, we will stick to our timeline as close as possible but know that I am also able to work on my toes and change up our timeline if things come up. But I will make sure as your day unfolds, we will capture the moments that mean the most to you and your spouse.

The Process
BEING A CLIENT OF STEPHANIE PRICKEL PHOTOGRAPHY
About 6 weeks after your session, I will deliver your online gallery of your images from your wedding. You can expect about 50 images per hour of coverage. Therefore, if you hire me for 10 hours, you can expect a gallery of 500+ images. You are able to download, share, and print your photos for personal use.
If you choose tangible prints or products, we will make final decisions of your selection before it is ordered. There is no detail too small, we are creating a custom artwork that is unique to you! You are able to take full control of every detail or you are able to trust my design process as well. This is a fun and laid back time to create something one of a kind!
As soon as payment is paid in full, I will place your order. All sales are final on custom artwork.
